Wearable
WHOOP 5.0 connects over Bluetooth. Live heart rate, local recording and optional HR delivery to Apple Health were verified in the earlier personal app. History catch-up, overnight accuracy, background reliability and battery cost remain physical test gates.

Oura Ring 4 discovery and service inspection were verified while preserving the existing pairing. The combined adapter carries that capability forward. Authentication and direct ring sensor/history access remain unfinished, so the app does not claim live ring measurements.

With permission, view readable records already saved by authorized apps or devices. Health-sourced ring records retain that origin and are not presented as a direct ring connection. Availability, freshness and sampling differ by source.
More sources can add context, but they do not automatically make an estimate more accurate. The app selects or displays sources separately. Direct WHOOP RMSSD and Health SDNN keep different labels and baselines; overlapping records are not treated as independent confirmation.
Built around useful views
- Today: choose a readable heart-rate source, check its timestamp and review available overnight information with clear provenance.
- Trends: explore direct wearable measurements, Health sources or the owner's one-time WHOOP historical reference separately.
- Meetings: read selected iPhone calendars and compare meeting-linked HR responses with earlier non-meeting recordings from the same source at similar hours. The default flag is +2 reference standard deviations, with an adjustable threshold.
- Devices: connect and inspect the wearable and ring, manage Health access, and see what each adapter can actually provide.
- Settings: optional HR personalization, recording controls, backup preference, imports, diagnostics and deletion.

Meeting patterns with context
Inspect before/during/after heart rate, recurring meetings and manually assigned meeting types. Add a felt-stress rating and note a change actually tried, such as a clearer agenda or a meeting buffer. Comparisons describe associations, not proof that a meeting caused stress or that a change reduced it.
Flags use an experimental physiological response proxy, not a validated psychological-stress score. Sparse recordings, overlapping events, known exercise/sleep or an insufficient baseline leave a meeting unscored. Missing movement information does not prove stillness. HRV and sleep are separate context, not ingredients in an invented combined score.
Private, local and explicit
There is no hosted health-data service, in-app analytics, mandatory vendor account or cloud relay in the app. Ongoing wearable collection stays direct Bluetooth. Optional calendar and Health reading requires iPhone permission. Calendar events are never changed.
Measurements and user reviews stay in the protected local app database. Event titles and computed calendar results stay in memory. Saved meeting reviews contain hashed event references, a type, your rating and a tried change. The app does not copy attendees, event notes, locations or conferencing links into review records.
Database inclusion in device backups is user controlled. If enabled, your iPhone's backup configuration determines whether that database is backed up. Deleting app data does not delete original Calendar or Apple Health records. Health reading and optional live wearable HR delivery to Health are separate controls.
